I wanted to blog and say that everything is going great, Ryan goes back to work next week at the beginning of August and I get to stay home a little more starting in August. It has been great having Ryan home all day, he has been watching Lil' Ryan while I go to work. He tells me that it has been an eye opener into my life and that he appreciates what I do. I tell him the same thing I couldn't imagine going to work everyday and leaving Lil' Ryan. He is too much fun to be around, I know that sacrifices that he makes for the baby and I every day and I love him so much for that. He is a great husband and a great father I just want him to know that I love him for all that he dose.

While Ryan has been home we have been able to have a little fun, we have been swimming a ton the little one loves the water and wants to be on his own ( out of the tube). I'm glad that we've been able to use Bev's pool, it has been a couple of weeks since we went last, only because of the over cast weather, oh and Lil' Ryan not feeling to well. We also were able to get out of town, we went up to Utah for a weekend, it was great just to get out of town and spend time with family. We had fun floating down the Provo River with the family. We can't wait to go back, maybe sometime before it gets to cold we will make it back there.

It's has been a great summer and I hope that the rest of the year is just the same. Ryan and I are also trying to make plans to go to Chile this Christmas, well we hope that we can make it back before we have to buy Lil' Ryan a plane ticket. That is all that we have planed for now, I will let you know if we make it there or not.

Wow, it has been a year all ready, I can't believe how time flies when you have a kid. It seems like yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital and now we are having his first birthday party. I love him, I love having him here in our family and that he choose me to be his mom. He is a bright, fun loving, curious little boy. Now that he can crawl he is into everything, he love to climb on the stairs, I just know that he will be walking soon, I'm going to love and hate that. I will love it because I won't have to hold in a store him anymore, but hate it because now he can run away from me. I'm excited for any and everything that he will learn to do.

I'm so grateful that I am able to be his mom, he is such a blessing in my life. I want to thank everyone that has helped us though this year.

Last night Ryan and I were in giving tough love to Lil' Ryan and letting him cry himself to sleep. about 5-10 minutes into tough love we here a big thump coming from his room. So we go and see what happen and we found Lil' Ryan crawling towards us. I can't believe that he got out. Now I can't keep him in anywhere. Lots of fun for us!

Today while I was cleaning, Lil Ryan decide to make his way out the doggy door. He has always like to play over by there, but has never gone out except for today I guess he just wanted to be outside with the dogs. It made me smile.

Hello everyone, WOW!!! it has been a long time since my last blog. I'm going to try to be better at it now that I have my new computer, it should be easier. What has been going on with us? Well since February Lil' Ryan has learned a lot of new things, he now knows how to crawl, climb, he loves the stairs I can put him in the middle of the room and two seconds later he is 5 steps up. Now our baby gate works two ways one it keeps the dogs out of the front room and second it blocks Lil' Ryan from the stairs. He has also figured out how to clap it is so cool to see him try to do it. A funny story about him learning how to clap is the day he finally clapped we were going to a funeral of a friend and as we are standing up for the family to come in, Lil' Ryan is clapping. Two ladies turned around and smiled, I said "I'm sorry he just learned how to do it."

Lil' Ryan has also learned how stand up to the couch and walk a long it. He loves to do anything that evolves him going somewhere. He loves to be on the move, which keeps me on my toes. I feel like he is going to have a lot of bump and bruises. If anyone can give me advice on active kids let me know.
We had a great Easter we weren't able to go to the Nelson Family Reunion this year and missed seeing everyone, I hope that everyone is well and had a great Easter. We went to Ryan's Aunt house and had a Easter hut. It was fun Lil' Ryan enjoyed throwing the eggs once we found them. He also loves to throw anything he can get his hand on its great. I'm so excited for summer to come, my goals this year is to go to the pool at least 3 times if not more a week, if anyone would like to join me let me know and I would love to have . I want to get a tan and I am also so excited to see what Lil' Ryan thinks of the pool. He loves to take baths so I think that he will just love the pool. I'm so glad that I am a mother it is the greatest thing to be, I only wish that I didn't have to work so I could be just a mom and a wife. My second goal is that I want to make a patch quilt I don't know how but I want to learn how, so if anyone knows how and can help me get started I would love that.

I could talk about Lil' Ryan all day but know I will talk about Big Ryan, He is still working for the school district. He love when he is off because he gets to spend time with his son, during Spring break Lil' Ryan got to spend the whole week with his Dad and know won't say Mommy anymore. Now all he says is "da da" and anytime you ask him to say "ma ma" he just looks at you and says "da da". It make Ryan happy to here him say that. One of the things Lil' Ryan likes to do with is dad is play video games with him. He can watch his dad play for hours. It's really cute to see them there together. Ryan also got a Salt Water fish tank, he love it and was excited to get it and put it together. He has two clown fish in it right now and also one emerald crab. They are cool to watch. I'm glad that Ryan finally got his tank.

I guess I will catch you up on myself, I have started to walk in the mornings it makes me feel a lot better, I get up earlier and I get a lot more stuff done. I only hope that I can keep it up. It has been a week tomorrow, I'll let you know in a couple weeks if it has done any good.

What's New?

Well it has been a long time since I have blogged. This is what has been going on with the Troxell's. Lilttle Ryan is now 8 months old, it is so amazing how much he has grown in this short of time but he has learned so much. He doesn't craw yet, but he scoots all over the place, he likes the dogs food bowls and water bowl and he just found out where the doggie door is he hasn't gone out it yet but that won't take him too long to figure that out. Little Ryan is so much fun to have around, any mothers out there know that, he has brought so much love into our little family.

Ryan is still working all the time which is good but Little Ryan and I miss him when he is working. He enjoys his job and can't wait to come home and see us. Ryan is now on Facebook, he didn't do it by himself he had a little help from me, but now he can talk to friends he hasn't talk to in a long time.

I am still work at Centennial Hill Orthodontics, it's great because I get to bring Little Ryan with me, that is why he is a Mama's boy. That is about it I don't do much just work and Little Ryan he is now my life and I love that.

One thing that we did recently is that we took Blayne to the MTC, it was a good trip but very short. We are going to miss Blayne and we pray for him every day.

Trip to Utah

We went to Utah last weekend to get out of town and visit family. So we packed up the family and went to Utah. We left at 7 pm on Friday night, because I had to work so we left after that, it turned out to be really great Lil' Ryan fell asleep when we got on the 215 and slept the whole time. That made it an easy drive, because Ryan doesn't like to stop unless we have to. We got to stay with Mel and Jason so we spent the day with them, then on Saturday night we meet Aunt Lynne and Rocky in Salt Lake for dinner, it was good to catch up with them, I can't wait until they come down for Christmas. Sunday came along and we went to church then we got to see the Colts win, if we weren't having a good weekend all ready that made it even better. All in all it was a fun weekend, Lil' Ryan was a very happy kid the whole weekend, so on our last day of the trip I bought some sweet tart suckers and let him have a taste of them, he loved them, then I let him hold it himself and the first thing that he did was put it in his mouth it was funny to see him do that. Ever since then he wants to eat whatever I'm eating.

As I am Blogging I remembered that I forgot to tell everyone about Ryan's birthday on Sunday, I am such a bad wife.

Ryan celebrated his 3rd anniversary of his 25th birthday. We had a great day Ryan's family came over for dinner and then my family came over for cake and ice cream. It was fun to have everyone over.

Halloween

Well I am sitting at work waiting for the time to pass so that I can go home, and realized that I haven't updated my blog in a long time. It stinks because all of my photos are on my computer at home and I have all the time to do blog here so that is why I make all the slide shows.
Halloween was fun, Lil' Ryan was a skeleton I found the costume at Babies-r- us and we painted his face, oh how he hated that, but he looked so cute. We went to the Trunk-or-treat that our ward was having Kim and the boys came and my parents also came to see all of their grandsons on Halloween. It was fun being with everyone the only thing that would have made it better is if Lil' Ryan would have wanted to be there, but he didn't he cried the whole time. It was funny because the moment that we got home Lil' Ryan was a happy little boy, we think that he just like being home, I don't know what we are going to do when he goes to school.

This week Lil Ryan has not felt good, I think that he has a cold. On Sunday night he woke up every hour and one of the times that I got up to get him I was going down stairs and I slipped and fell on my butt. It is only funny because Lil' Ryan is ok and I only ended up with a big bruise on my butt. He is now getting over his cold and sleeping like he normally dose, witch is good for me I love sleep and miss it very much. One day I will be able to sleep though the night and sleep in again, I hope.

Since the day that we brought Lil' Ryan home he has been sleeping in the cradle that Grandpa Nelson made, but because he is fond of eating he has been getting bigger, now he doesn't fit in it any more. We didn't have his crib yet so we put him in the port-a-crib, that didn't last that long because he wasn't sleeping well at all. I would put him the bed one way and when I would go and check on him he would be turned all around. So on Tuesday we went with Grandma Reta and she bought a crib for him. When Big Ryan was putting it together Lil' Ryan was fussy, he didn't like that we weren't paying any attention to him, but when we were finished we put him in it to see if he would like it and he fell right asleep. That was the first time in a long time that he slept through the night, I didn't want to say anything because I thought that it was a one time thing, but since that night he has been sleeping every night since then. It is great I put him to bed at 8 o'clock and he doesn't get up until 5:30 in the morning. I know that sounds early but it's the time that Ryan gets up so we all get up together. I try each night to keep him up a little longer each night, but it doesn't work, sleep wins!!

Hello everyone, I know that is has been a long time since I blogged last, a lot has gone on. First I want to tell you about Lil' Ryan's baby blessing. He was blessed on Sept. 7th 2008, I was so excited for the day and worried that everything wouldn't go right. But everything went great, Lil' Ryan was great durning the blessing he just looked at all the men who were in the circle. Big Ryan did great he said that he was the most nurvous then he has ever been. I want to thank all of the family and friends that came that day it was great to have everyone there. I am so happy that it is over and everything went well.

The next big thing that has been going on is that I went back to work. Yes I know I said that I wasn't going back, but things happen. I am still working for the Whettens but only for Josh or Dr. J as I like to call him. He has a office up by my house and at the moment he is only working in it one day a week, so on the days that he's not in the office I am there answering phones. The great part about it is that I get to take Lil' Ryan with me. That is the coolest thing I am so thankful for this blessing. Then if he needs an extra asst. I will go in and help out, so then Lil' Ryan gets to spend time with his Aunt Kim and cusins. I am so greatful that she is so close and willing to watch him. It's fun having family in the same city.

Ryan has been working a ton of overtime, which I am so happy for, but the thing that stinks about that is that he misses out on all the cute things Lil' Ryan dose durning the day. On top of that he has been working to get our front and back yard looking good. I will but pictures up when I can get them off my camera. It's fun to see the grass grow he is so proud of how it is turning out.

Oh, I almost for got about the newest addition to the house is my new rug. I have a BIG family room and it is all tile I knew it needed something so I went looking and looking for a rug. Everything I found first was just too expencive so I kept going. and while we were at Wallmart last week I decided to go look at their selection and I found the rug I was looking for. It is a chocolate brown shag rug. Oh how it makes the room look so much better. My next step is to hang pictures on the wall, I just have a hard time knowing where to put them.

Lil' Ryan, the puppies and I have been going on walks everyday because Ryan isn't home to take them to the park and play fetch. I can't handle both of them and the baby at the park so I decided that we will go on walks. Believe that is hard to do but everytime we go it gets a little easier. The last time we went I am putting the puppies in the house, and Lil' Ryam is chillin' in the stroller one min. and when I turned to bring him in he was fast asleep. It must have been I long walk!

Our trip to Utah

Last week we went on Lil' Ryan's first trip to Utah. We had a ton of fun, I thought that it would be hard to travel with a 5 week old baby but he did great. After I packed everything I could think of for all of us, we got him in his car seat and off we went. He didn't really fuss until we got to Fillmore then he needed out to stretch and fill up his diaper. After that he was fine, we went on our way to Abbott's house for a little break until we went up to Lynne and Rock's house.

I was so excited to show him to Lynne and Rocky, if he would have come when I wanted him to come the could have seen him the day he was born, but they don't ever come when we want them to. At Lynne's house we went to see the dogs, they loved him, they all wanted to sniff him they thought he was cute. Then we went out to lunch with them ( Lynne and Rock that is,) it was fun just to hang out with them and show them there great grandnephew.

Now off to Melinda and Jason's house were we saw Cooper and Ty for the first time, it was fun to see Lil' Ryan and Ty together they are going to be great friends. Cooper was a great treat to get to see he was so cute as always. He is into a the give me a high 5 stage, he doesn't like to get or give kisses anymore. Ryan and I stayed up really late that night talking and so we stayed the night at there house. The next day we went swimming, Lil' Ryan seemed to like it but I was standing in the shade so he got cold really fast. It was fun to see what he would do his first time in a pool. I can't wait to do it again.

The rest of the trip we hung out with Travis and Tony and Shannon and their kids. The girls loved to hold little Ryan, they would wait for me to get done feeding him and ask me how long it would take, witch I thought was cute. They love to have little babies around when he gets a little older he will be more fun for them. This trip was fun, it was just fun to get out of town, but I am glad that I am back in my own bed. I was so happy that he did so great and can't wait to go back soon.

We can't wait for Uncle Travis to come home, he comes on the 14th he will see his two nephews for the first time it is going to be fun to see him again.

Bath Time!!!

Ryan and I finally got to give Lil' Ryan a bath. It was a lot of fun for me Lil' Ryan did not like it that much he cried the whole time until I put more warm water on him then he was ok.
I was so happy that he got his first bath we have it all on video so that we can show it to all of his girlfriends, they love to see baby pictures.

He has been fussy lately one Saturday night he cried for 2 hours, we took him on a ride in the truck and he was fine in there but when we got home he started up again. We tried everything that we can think of he just had a bubble in his tummy that he couldn't get out. I blame me because he gets it from me in two ways by what I eat and also that I was a gassy baby too. So Sunday night when he started to fuss we tried one more thing, our washer was going and when it spins it sounds like it is going to take off, so Ryan put Lil' Ryan on it and it worked he calmed down and he was so clam that he pooped his pants, if you look close at the picture you can see on his diaper. He is doing better now hopefully he gets over this stage quick, if not I'm going to go crazy.

Lil' Ryan Catch Up

Wow it has been a long time since I have blogged and I can't believe that someone did tell me that I needed to. Anyway not much has changed in 3 weeks Little Ryan has been getting bigger an cute every day. He has been good to me he only gets up one time during the night and sleeps for 3 to 4 hours at a time that way I can get sleep and other things done around the house.

When Little Ryan was a week old I put him in this cute Hawaiian outfit but before I could get a good picture of him he pooped it! It seems that every time you want him to stay clean he dose the other.

I can't believe how much he has changed just in that one week, he his getting so big.

The second week we went back to the Doctor and they said he was 9 lbs 10 oz I couldn't believe that he gained a pound in 2 weeks I know that I am feeding him enough, that is good news to me. He also get circumcised he did real well with that it was the PKU test that he didn't like it took Big Ryan and I 20 min to calm him down. Now we have to go back in 2 weeks to get his shots, I can't wait for that!!!!! We will see how much he weighs then, this kid is going to be huge!! :>

We went to church on Sunday just for sacrament he did great during it, I only had to take him out once to feed him because he didn't want to bottle that I had for him, he likes the real stuff.

Now we are almost caught with Little Ryan week three came so fast I was busy painting that kitchen and family room and Little Ryan hung out with his Aunt Alex and his Aunt Duh so I could get it all done. But at the end of that week we had his baby shower that was a ton of fun I think that Little Ryan would have loved it if he could of sleep through out the party, he is already like his Dad!! I don't have any pictures of the shower yet but as soon as I get them I will make a slide show.

During this time have gone to see everyone at the Whetten Office they all loved him and made me promise to bring him back once a month. I will put these pictures in a slide show so they don't take up a bunch of room here.

I think that is it for Lil' Ryan, Big Ryan and I have just been trying to do our best for the dogs so that they don't feel left out, Ryan takes the to the park and is so good to them. I get to spend all day with them it is so much fun. When Ryan and I went to church we got a calling, we are both Sunday School teachers, we get to team teach which is nice because I'm not to sure about teaching I think that Ryan is much better at it, bit Heavenly Father wouldn't give me the calling if I couldn't do it.
That is all that is new I promise that I will try to stay active in my blog, because Lil' Ryan is going to be doing a lot soon. Love you all

I had Little Ryan on Saturday June 21, 2008 at 2:51 pm. He was 8lbs 13 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. I was not expecting him to be that big, but I did it and I am glad that he is here it is so much fun to have him out our house and to see Ryan be a Dad he loves to sit and hold him and he helps me out all the time so that I can sleep and do the things I need to do.

Little Ryan is sleeping really good he loves to eat and always wants more, but what do you expect from a big baby. I am so glad that he is here he is so wonderful to have here. I can't believe that I'm a mom it seems that only yesterday that I was getting married and now 2 years later I have a new house and a new little baby this can't be true, that is what I keep telling myself. Speaking of 2 years later today is mine and Ryan's anniversary and we almost forgot , today on the way to Little Ryan's doctors appointment I said hey it is Tuesday the 24th, then I quickly told Ryan Happy Anniversary. He told me he didn't even remember that it was today. But it has been 2 years and it has been wonderful. I love him today as the day I married him.

Now back to the reason everyone wants me to update my blog. Little Ryan has been just wonderful, I can't wait for everyone to meet him I know that he will be loved by everyone.

I want to tell everyone for their help and support for all the phone calls and text and for the visits, it's wonderful to have everyone around thanks a bunch. We love you all.

A week to go and I'm ready!!!

One more week I can't wait until my little boy comes for two reasons first, I can actually see my feet and fit into regular clothes, and two I will be able to hold the cutest baby in the world!

Not much has been going on with Ryan and I we had everyone over for dinner last night and that was fun Lynne and Rocky are down because of Blayne's graduation so they got to see our house plus Kim and Justin's house. It's just great to see them. Everyone enjoyed our new game Rock Band, that is a very loud toy if you didn't know and the people who sing sound like Marcie barking so just imagine all of that noise in a big room that echo's.

Wish me luck I hope the little one comes soon, maybe my dream will come true and I will go into labor at the Thomas and Mac, well I hope not but I can afterward just not during the graduation.

Well I have 12 more days until my life changes, that isn't a bad thing I just mean that it won't be just Ryan and I, I'm going to have to take care of another little person. It is going to be great, I know that I will have lots of help from everyone until I can do it all by myself. I can't wait to become a mother it is what I have always wanted to be. I know that the Lord will help Ryan and I so much if we just turn to him with everything.

Besides waiting for Little Ryan to come we finally finished his room, although Collin thinks that it is still his, ( we told Collin that the PINK room in our house was his, and when we painted it he really wanted it. So we take him up to see it and he asked Jaden if he liked his Lamp? and his walls? and his closet? I told him that it was Little Ryan's room and he told me no it's mine! Then I asked him if he could share it and he said ok.) Note to self never tell a little boy that he can have something that he really can't!
Now all I have to do is put away all the wonderful gifts that I received from my baby shower. They are great and I wanted to thank everyone that came it was great to see everyone. He is going to look great in everything that he got.

Schools out too so Ryan has a lot of kids to deal with, we thought that he was going to be able to take the summer off, but our bills don't stop for the summer so he is going to work at a summer school for the summer. That's good because if he was going to be home for a month I was going to have to go back to work!!! Just Kidding I would love to have his extra help around the house.

Last but not least I have only a couple more days of work so I think, I went to tell the doctor that Thursday June 5th because our hours change from starting at 9 to starting at 8 and I didn't think that I could get up and be to work at 8 am, so he told me that I could just come in at 9. I couldn't believe that he doesn't want me to leave! I love to work but I can't wait to stay home with Little Ryan.

I wanted to tell Blayne congrats on graduating from Seminary and from High School. I hope that it is all that you hoped it would be.

Getting ready for Little Ryan

Well we are almost done with Little Ryan's room all we have left is the trim! I can't wait until we are finished with it. Then it is off the paint our bedroom, my goal is to get it done before Little Ryan comes then I can focus all my attention to him, not that he won't already get it!

Work is going great but it will be even better when I don't have to go in, don't get me wrong I love work it just will be nice to have a break for a while.

I had a little surprise today at Ryan's work, ryan said that I had to come to a potluck they were having at his school, so when I got there I walk in and the first thing that I heard was "His wife is here" I laughed and walked in the back and on the wall was a sign that said "Baby Shower" I couldn't believe that they gave me a baby Shower they are so nice. I said that they must really like Ryan. I want to say thank you to them. I got really cool stuff, I can't wait for Little Ryan to come so that I can use all this stuff on him.

I have 4 weeks to go wish us luck!

Well I wanted everyone to see my new pictures of Little Ryan it was so cool to see him on the screen. I can't believe in 8 short weeks I'm going to be a mom, it just got to me that I am married.
I know Ryan has been posting most lately, that's because he has more time to post and he is better at it than I am. But I am trying to do better.
I hope that everyone loves the new baby pictures I do have an update on his kidney it is at a 5 and the Dr. says that it is on the high side of normal, and that he should be ok. There is nothing that we can do right now so not to worry.
I wanted to say congrats to Mel and Jason on their new little baby boy Ty. If you go to their blog you can see his picture it is cute.

Music Selection

Well I have a few moments to myself so I am posting an update on our blog. We have recently posted music on our blog, and if you are wondering why it is such a diverse selection you must know that I picked it. Obviously my parents had a big influence on the music I listened to growing up and you can see that. In high school I was influenced by my friends, but most of those songs aren't on here because they aren't really appropriate. Since I married Michelle I have listened to a lot of country and you can tell that as well. My favorite song on there is the theme from A-Team. I have a picture of me wearing my Mr. T bling from the A-Team, needless to say I was and am a huge fan.

It's nice to be in our new house. It's bigger than anything I've ever lived in and it's still weird to me. Michelle loves it so that is all I need to make me happy.

We are still putting things a way and finding places to put all our junk. Since we have moved in we have been looking for an out of the way place to put our trash. I kept telling Michelle it was only a matter of time before the dogs got into it. Well yesterday Michelle came home and the dogs had spread the trash around the whole downstairs. Then this morning Michelle was still sleeping and she heard a crash downstairs. She and Snoop went downstairs to check it out and her puppy (Marcie) was in the trash. I tell everyone she is the naughty dog.

Well I think I'll leave it at that.

Finally in our new house...

Well Michelle and I have heard that we need to update our blog, so here it is, the long awaited update to our blog...

We have finally moved into our new place. We are excited and happy to be in a home before little Ryan comes. Michelle loves the house and that makes me happy. Our puppies love the house as well and have claimed it theirs. The big thing we need to do is paint our room and the other bedrooms. Those of you who have come by have seen our lovely pink room. I told Colin that is his room, and he told his mom, "Mom, I don't like the pink room." Guess we will have to paint it...

We had a lot of visitors yesterday and that is nice. We love visitors and all are welcome. Just call us to get directions and you can come see the place.

As for Michelle and I, we continue to work and save money. Buying and setting up a house is expensive, so now I am working all the overtime I can so that we can build up our savings account again. Michelle is a trooper and actually had to work 5 whole days last week. For those who know, that is a record for Michelle. She has been feeling well and little Ryan is growing and all is well with him. If Michelle bends over too much, little Ryan lets her know and that is when Michelle knows it is time to stop working.

I guess that's all for now. Thanks to Justin, Uncle Charles, Anton and my Dad for helping. Could not have moved without you guys.

Well hello again Ryan and I are doing well we are in the process of buying a house. It is a two story and has 3 bedrooms and a loft. It is big (2322 sq. ft.) and we don't know how we will fill it up but we will try. Little Ryan is doing well I went to the doctor last week and he said that he is great. Little Ryan has a problem with one of his kidneys but the doctor said it is nothing to worry about so we won't, the doctor will check him again in 7 more weeks, that's cool because we will get more pictures and will be able to show them to all of you. Hope all is well with everyone.

Hello Everyone,
Well, I was looking at how cool some of your blogs were and decided to make my own. Well, as most of you know Ryan and I have been married for almost 2 years now and we have a little boy on the way. We are so excited for the baby to come, he comes in the middle of June. Meanwhile I just work and I also am the Webloes leader in my ward, the boys keep me going once a week. Ryan is working a ton he has been working major over time for the last week and a half. We are looking for a house to buy for our new baby boy to grow up in, no luck yet but will let you know when we find one. As for our kids now when I say that I mean our puppies Snoopy and Marcie, they are doing great always begging for food and to go outside and play. Hope everyone is doing well
